Eid Al-Fitr: A Day Of Forgiveness And Renewal
Seeking Pardon, Both Outwardly And Inwardly
Salam Syawal
1 Syawal 1446H | 31 March 2025M
As The Dawn Of Syawal Breaks, We Humbly Seek Forgiveness From The Depths Of Our Hearts, Laden With Imperfections And Shortcomings.
• Forgive Us If We Have Ever Wounded Your Heart.
• Forgive Us If We Have Ever Neglected Your Rights.
• Forgive Us If We Have Ever Spoken Out Of Turn.
• Forgive Us If We Have Ever Been Harsh In Words.
• Forgive Us If We Have Ever Caused You Displeasure.
• Forgive Us If We Have Ever Let You Down.
Whether Done Knowingly Or Unknowingly,
Whether Seen Or Unseen,
We Sincerely Seek Your Forgiveness.
From Simple Grains, Bread Is Made,
Naan So Fragrant, A Delight To Behold.
What A Loss, To Let Time Slip Away,
Without Good Deeds In This Blessed Month.
In Jest, There Is Laughter,
In Smiles, There Is Warmth.
In Joy, There Is Sorrow,
May The Bonds Of Brotherhood Grow Stronger And Endure Forever.
Indeed, All That Is Flawed Comes From Us,
And All That Is Good Is Solely From Allah, The Most High.
