1. Eligibility
This promotion is exclusive to guests celebrating their birthday in April or May.
The discount is only applicable for stays checking in between 1 April 2026 and 31 May 2026.
2. Booking Requirements
Direct Booking: Discount only applies to bookings made directly with the owner (via WhatsApp/Phone/Direct Link). Not valid on third-party platforms (Airbnb, Agoda, Booking.com, etc.).
Advance Booking: Reservations must be made at least 7 days prior to your arrival date.
Duration: The 10% discount applies to a one (1) night stay only. Additional nights will be charged at the standard rate.
3. Verification
Guests must provide a clear photo of their Identity Card (IC) or Passport at the time of booking to verify their birth date.
The name on the booking must match the name on the ID provided.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
This promotional rate is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date.
5. General Terms
This offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions, vouchers, or discounts.
