• Move away and inform the nearest security officer or airport staff
• Only seek help from personnel with official airport ID

The airport remains a secure, controlled environment, and firm action will be taken against unauthorised activities to ensure everyone’s safety.

New Information for Indonesian Citizens & Foreign Nationals: Mandatory “All Indonesia” Declaration Before Arrival in Indonesia!

Starting 1 September 2025, all international passengers (Indonesian citizens & foreign nationals) entering Indonesia are REQUIRED to fill out the digital declaration through the “All Indonesia” application.

This application integrates services from the Directorate General of Immigration, Directorate General of Customs, Directorate General of Disease Prevention and Control (Ministry of Health), and the Indonesian Quarantine Agency - so passengers only need to make one mandatory declaration before entering Indonesia.

📍 Effective from 1 September 2025 at Soekarno-Hatta, Ngurah Rai, and Juanda Airports. Starting 1 October 2025, it will be implemented at all international airports in Indonesia.

🌐 Access the All Indonesia declaration at: https://allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id

📱 The All Indonesia app will be available on iOS & Android starting 1 September 2025.
You can fill out the declaration up to 3 days before departure (H-3) ✈
