Alert ‼️‼️‼️‼️ Recently banyak scammers di Facebook promoting homestay. And banyak orang sudah kena. I have limited information about homestay scammer ini... Tapi harap semua alert and shared all their information supaya dapat avoid booking dengan scammer-scammer especially December cuti sekolah sudah dekat... banyak orang akan booking homestay... Harap all members book from realiable website atau operator ya.... Attached here are scammers who promoting Homestay in KK especially di Jesselton Quay ....

6 Tips untuk bakal penyewa homestay elak scammer homestay yang tak wujud.

Modus operandi mereka ialah dengan menggunapakai gambar-gambar homestay orang lain dan kemudian diiklankan seolah-olah mereka ejen atau pemilik homestay. Lepas ambil duit pembayaran booking dan sewa, mereka terus lesap dan lari tanpa diketahui. Mangsanya adalah penyewa yang mencari homestay juga..

Berikut tips untuk anda ELAK SCAMMER HOMESTAY

1. Buat carian di FB dan Google : Baca review dan pastikan ada review yang terkini.

2. Semak lokasi homestay melalui Google Map & Waze.

3. Jika bakal penyewa mempunyai saudara dan kenalan, boleh lakukan lawatan bagi meninjau keadaan homestay.

4. Pastikan nombor telefon admin homestay didapati dari sumber yang sahih (semak di page rasmi homestay tersebut) dan membuat panggilan (bukan sekadar sms & whatsapp)

5. Bandingkan juga harga se-malam homestay yang terdapat disekitar. Jika terlajak murah, dan terdapat tanda-tanda mencurigakan seperti diatas, anda patut berhati-hati untuk teruskan urusan deal ini.

6. Semak transaksi dan maklumat pembayaran. Simpan salinan transaksi, perbualan dan laman web yang berkaitan jika berlaku masalah yang tidak diingini, anda boleh untuk salurkan aduan & lapor polis.
