Under One Sky｜Klang’s Multicultural & Religious Heritage Walk

As part of our Merdeka Month programme, Jalan-jalan Klang brought participants on a journey through Klang Old Town to discover its diverse religious sites, architecture and stories.

Different faiths and cultures, sharing the same city and shaping Klang’s history together.

Walking Through Klang Heritage

On 24 September, we had the pleasure of bringing UCSI University architecture students on a heritage walk through Klang Old Town.

9月24日，我们带着 UCSI University 建筑系学生 一起走进巴生老街，从人文历史、城市发展，到古迹建筑的特色，重新认识这座充满故事的老城。

这次也有幸进入 Gedung Raja Abdullah 进行实地考察，让同学们从课本与图纸之外，近距离观察历史建筑的空间、细节与历史痕迹。

对建筑系学生而言，这不只是一次参观，更是一次从社区、历史与建筑出发的学习体验。

特别感谢 UCSI University 建筑系师生的参与，也感谢一路上给予支持与协助的伙伴，让这次走读能够顺利进行。❤️

🏛️ Walking Through Klang Heritage

On 24 September, we had the pleasure of bringing UCSI University architecture students on a heritage walk through Klang Old Town.

We explored Klang’s history, local stories and heritage architecture, with a special opportunity to visit Gedung Raja Abdullah and study the historic building up close.

It was more than just a field trip — it was an opportunity to understand how history, community and architecture come together to shape a city.

A heartfelt thank you to the UCSI University architecture students and lecturers, as well as everyone who supported and helped make this meaningful learning experience possible. ❤️
