- To be able to install, service and troubleshooting Air Con.
- Possess Electrical knowledge (Up to three phase) and able to do electrical works.
- To do general work such as painting, plumbing, lock fixing etc.

Homestay coordinator (rm1800 - rm2800)
- To handle daily operations of homestay.
- To handle customer service.
- To be able to carry out work as instructed in a timely manner.
- Possess problem solving skills.
