Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tourism Manager to lead our tourism operations and promote our travel services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tour programs, building partnerships, and ensuring high-quality customer experiences.
Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and oversee tourism activities and travel packages.
• Manage and supervise the tourism operations team.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote destinations and services.
• Build relationships with local and international travel partners.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and implement service improvements.
• Ensure compliance with tourism regulations and safety standards.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Tourism Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in tourism or hospitality management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are an advantage).
• Passionate about travel, culture, and customer service.
