KTDA.borneo Kenneth Tan Design Architect (KTDA) is a professional architectural sole proprietorship established by Ar. Kenneth Tan in 2010.

Our experience ranges from private residential villas, gated and guarded residential developments, mid-rise condominiums as well as high-rise resort condominium developments. Currently we are working on a hotel and spa resort coupled with some mixed - used development proposals in Sabah. We have also done several sales gallery, residential and office designs in terms of pure interior design. Our

approach is one of the interior design leading the way for the architecture to happen coupled with the pursuit of creating exciting and responsible designs.
