Hin Loi Guesthouse is an urban terrace house within the Tanjung Aru area. The building itself is a traditional Asian home, which incorporates a cafe on the ground floor. It has two spacious master bedrooms with private bathroom and two twin shared rooms with shared bathroom. Basic amenities are featured in this home such as: air-conditioning, WiFi, refrigerator, satellite TV, towels, di

ning table, balcony, toiletries and water dispenser. The identity of our guesthouse will made clear by its furnishings and hospitality service we provide. We operate a coffee shop business on the ground floor and we are happy to provide a simple free breakfast to our guest. Neighbourhood:

The guesthouse is less than 10 minutes drive from Kota Kinabalu City Centre and Kota Kinabalu International Airport while Terminal 2 Airport is even closer with less than 5 minutes drive. Located in the heart of pekan Tanjung Aru, we are surrounded by a variety of local cuisine and shopping choices as well as facilities including bus/taxi station, cafes, bike shop, supermarkets, telecommunication services among others. And there is also a wonderful park known as Perdana Park, which has recreational facilities including a children's playground, jogging track, musical water fountain and several restaurants. Service:
