Island Hopping Excursion (Sapi & Manukan or Mamutik Island)
The Tuanku Abdul Rahman Marine park is a cluster of islands and are all characterized by shallow waters, sumptuous coral gardens and all boast splendid white sandy beaches. Island Hopping between Pulau Manukan, Pulau Sapi and Pulau Mamutik is definitely a must-do for all visitors in Kota Kinabalu. You can choose to visit two or one beautiful islands which is rich with marine life and crystal clear waters. The islands are all only 10 - 20 minute speedboat ride from the city of Kota Kinabalu. The reefs lie in shallow waters with little current making it an ideal location for novice divers, however, the diverse and sometimes rare marine creatures also make it an interesting dive location for experienced divers and underwater photographers. Non-diving visitors can still have as much fun in the islands with other optional activities such as snorkeling, water sports activities and seawalking in the islands.

Pick Up : 8.30am - 9.00am – Lobby of Hotel

9.00am - Depart for Sutera Harbour Jetty

9.15am - Depart for Sapi Island

9.30am - Swimming and Snorkeling at Sapi Island

12.00pm - BBQ Lunch

1.00pm - Transfer to the next island of choice
(Manukan or Mamutik)

3.30pm - Transfer out to Sutera Harbour Jetty and return to
hotel

Proboscis Monkey/Fireflies River Cruise Excursion
A river cruise to observe the rare and endangered “Big Nose” Proboscis Monkey also known as the “David Beckham” Monkeys in the trees feeding on young leaves, shoots, sour fruits and seeds and Fireflies. Other wildlife possibly spotted are the Macaque monkey, the rare Silver Langur/Lutung or silver leaf monkey, water buffaloes crossing the river, monitor lizards, tree snakes and if you are lucky enough, crocodiles by the river bank as well witness the sunset on your way back to the lodgehouse. Complete your river cruise experience by catching a glimpse of the fireflies decorating the mangrove swamp like a brightly lit up Christmas tree.
