PROGRAM REKALIBRASI PULANG PENDATANG ASING TANPA IZIN (PATI) DILANJUTKAN SEHINGGA JUN 2022

Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia (JIM) ingin memaklumkan bahawa Program Rekalibrasi Pulang Pendatang Asing Tanpa Izin (PATI) adalah dilanjutkan sehingga 30 Jun 2022.

Keputusan ini telah dipersetujui oleh Jemaah Menteri dalam mesyuaratnya pada 22 Disember 2021.

Sejak program ini dilaksanakan mulai Disember 2020, sehingga 21 Disember 2021 seramai 192,281 orang PATI telah berdaftar untuk pulang secara sukarela melalui Program ini dengan tiga negara mencatatkan jumlah tertinggi iaitu Indonesia (99,047), Bangladesh (26,821) dan India (23,844). Daripada jumlah ini seramai 162,827 orang PATI telah pulang ke negara asal masing-masing.

Semua PATI adalah dinasihatkan supaya hadir ke Kaunter Program ini dalam tempoh 24 jam dan tidak datang terlalu awal bagi mengelakkan kesesakan di Lapangan Terbang atau Terminal Jeti.

Relaxations on Tourist Visas for India
1. To further facilitate ease of travel to India, Government of India has decided to relax its visa regime for international tourists visiting India. Foreign nationals have so far been allowed to visit India in all other visa categories except Tourist Visa.
2. Travel to India for tourism purposes would be permissible only on Fresh Tourist Visas/e-Tourist Visas as detailed below. It may please be noted that all previously issued Tourist Visas or e-Tourist Visas shall continue to remain suspended.
(i) Fresh Tourist visas/e-Tourist Visas will be allowed for foreign nationals visiting India through chartered flights (group tourism only) with effect from 15 October 2021.
(ii) Foreign tourists entering into India by flights (including Vande Bharat Mission flights currently operating between India and Malaysia) other than chartered aircrafts can do so with effect from November 15, 2021 by applying for fresh Tourist Visas/e-Tourist Visas.
3. All due protocols and norms relating to COVID-19 as notified from time to time, by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, shall be adhered to by the foreign tourists and flight operators bringing them into India, and all other stakeholders at landing stations.

Malaysians allowed to travel abroad for Tourism without apply for *MyTravelPass* (Y)

Along with the announcement on permitting interstate travel, the federal government has also said that international travel will be allowed for fully vaccinated individuals starting tomorrow, Oct 11. This move means that there will be no need for applications.

Malaysians who travel abroad will have to take Covid-19 swab tests three days before their return and upon arrival. Travellers are also required to undergo 14 days of mandatory quarantine — home quarantine is allowed.
