Dive into the world of Tripsichore Vinyasa Yoga with Kevin & Yeong Lee from at OM Together!
Tripsichore Vinyasa as a yoga practice pursues the unification of body, breath and mind through movement. The inversion aspect embodies beauty, strength and grace which is a reflection of our inner state.
During this 120-min workshop session, Kevin & Yeong Lee will be guide you on how to tap into your innate warrior spirit and channel it into your inversions. By learning to use these vinyasa techniques, you will discover a new ways to expand your inversion repertoire. It begins with the fundamental Tripsichore Sun Salutations and moves on to more elaborate ones involving inversions, back bends and etc.
Whether you have an inversion practice or just starting on it, you are bound to be inspired and take home a fresh outlook by the end of this workshop!

Let’s explore the art of balance between power and grace with Kevin & Yeong Lee from at OMTogether Yoga Festival this 27 April 2024!
Kevin & Yeong Lee will lead a 90-min Special Class ‘Harmonizing Power & Grace in Vinyasa’ focusing on guiding you to find a sense of flow and harmony in Vinyasa practice.

Learn to harness the power of the versatile ujjayi breath and connect them with yoga movements in a creative sequence that encompasses a myriad of categories. Expect to breakdown some common misconception to vinyasa movements and enhance your body’s ability to move effectively from simple to challenging postures alike.

Modifications of poses will be offered to accommodate students of different levels, allowing everyone to find their own balance between power and grace on the mat!

Practice smarter not harder with Lora in her ‘Arm Balance Clinic’ this 28 April 2024 at OM Together!
Arm balances may seem challenging at first but believe us, with Lora’s guidance, they are completely achievable when approached with correct strategy and technique.
In this 120-min Interactive workshop, Lora will begin with some simple yet effective drills that will prepare you for arm balances and then will look closely at how to strengthen and refine chaturanga.
From there, to make the workshop more personalized, Lora will play around with some arm balances based on participants’ requests!
