Pioneer Engineering is seeking a committed and qualified Site Safety Supervisor to join our project team at MRCSB, Malacca.
🦺 Roles & Responsibilities:
✅ Responsible for overall HSE-related matters at site
✅ Review performance against policies, objectives, and yearly plans
✅ Conduct safety briefings and toolbox meetings
✅ Perform daily workplace audits covering workers, equipment, and work conditions
✅ Participate in weekly/monthly site audits with the client
🎓 Qualifications:
✅ Certified HSE with minimum Diploma or DOSH competency certification
✅ Must possess a valid Yellow Book
✅ Minimum 1 year experience as Site Safety Supervisor in Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical industry
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills

📍 MRCSB, Malacca
Pioneer Engineering is looking for a qualified and experienced Safety & Health Officer to join our project team at MRCSB, Malacca.
🦺 Roles & Responsibilities:
✅ Act as company representative for all HSE matters with clients
✅ Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits & walkthroughs
✅ Investigate accidents, incidents & near misses and prepare reports
✅ Prepare and submit safety reports to management & DOSH
✅ Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective & preventive actions
🎓 Qualification:
✅ Certified Safety & Health Officer registered with DOSH (Green Book holder)
✅ Minimum 2–3 years experience as SHO (Oil & Gas / MRCSB projects preferred)
✅ Strong knowledge of OSHA 1994, FMA Act & safety regulations
✅ Experience in ISO 45001 implementation is an added advantage
✅ Able to work independently and manage multiple site responsibilities
