What do omakase staff actually eat? 👀🍣

Not every cut makes it to the customer’s plate.
Some pieces are too fatty, some have more texture, some just don’t look “perfect” enough for omakase service.

But honestly?
That’s usually where all the flavour is 😭

Instead of wasting them, the team turns everything into their own staff meal.
Simple, messy, super comforting… and lowkey looks better than my actual meal sometimes LOL.

Our sushi counter seats up to 10–12 guests, offering a front-row experience to the chef’s craftsmanship and seasonal creations.
For guests seeking a more private setting, we also offer private dining rooms, with two connecting rooms that can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably.
