We offer small class sizes teaching a self defence martial art called CKD. Our classes are grouped by the following ages: 3 & 4, 5 &6, 7 - 9 and 10 - 12. CKD is a striking style martial art similar to Taekwondo and Karate, although it is a 21st century evolution where all movements have been developed according to scientific principles. ekwondo, our CKD martial art programs focus on self defence.

CKD teaches practical self defence with specialised methods to make it easy for kids to follow and pick up. Similar to Karate, Taekwondo, Kung Fu and Kickboxing, CKD is a striking style, however it is unique in that it is based on modern science. CKD emphasises non-competitiveness and compassion as core values in class and as part of a healthy lifestyle.

ZERO2HERO TRAINING CAMP IS BACK!

Our last Zero2Hero was a huge success and received a lot of positive feedback from parents that we have launched more dates this year 🙂

Master Harrison designed the program inspired by his colleagues in Michigan during his last trip to CKD schools in the USA.

This holiday training camps include:
1) Respect as a Discipline & Etiquette.
2) Dealing with Bullies and Preventing Violence.
3) Practical Self Defence as a Life Skill.
4) Meditation & Concentrative Practices.
5) Skill Games and Social Drills to make learning Fun.

Upcoming sessions are:
March 16th - 20th
March 23rd - 27th (Valencia Residents)
March 30th - April 3rd
