2026 #格鲁吉亚大高加索山脉大徒步之旅｜第一团正式在5月底展开！
第一批抵达的，是一群老师与老友们。
特别配合学校假期出发的徒步团，也正式开启了属于这个春夏交接的高加索故事。
抵达格鲁吉亚首都 的第一天，
我们没有急着赶路，
而是以一场轻松的 Old Town City Walk，
慢慢走进这座高加索古城的灵魂。
从丝绸之路时代开始，
领队帶大家走到絲綢之路的歷史現場，
看格鲁吉亚如何成为欧亚文明交汇之地；
教堂、老街、阳台建筑与巷弄，
都藏着这个国家横跨千年的故事。
带团友来到领队的心水餐厅，
用最经典的格鲁吉亚料理，
为这趟旅程写下精彩开篇——
热腾腾的 Adjarian Khachapuri，像一艘装满芝士与牛油的面包船；
几乎每桌必点的 Khinkali 蒸饺，一口咬下满满肉汁；
当然还有格鲁吉亚人最自豪的特色炭烤肉串 Mtsvadi， 简单以盐与炭火调味，
却带着最直接、最豪迈的高加索风味。
在翻山越岭之前，先犒赏自己！
也宣告着：壮阔的高加索雪山冰川，我们来见你了！

2026 Greater Caucasus Grand Trek, Georgia｜Our First Group Officially Begins!
The first group to arrive consists of teachers and parents,
specially joining this school holiday departure —
and with that, our summer journey into the Caucasus officially begins.
On the very first day in Georgia’s capital, Tbilisi,
we did not rush straight into the mountains.
Instead, we slowed down with a relaxing Old Town city walk,
gently stepping into the soul of this ancient Caucasian city.
From the era of the Silk Road,
our trek leaders introduced the fascinating history of Georgia as a crossroads between Europe and Asia.
Its churches, old streets, wooden balconies and hidden alleyways
all quietly carry stories spanning centuries.
In the evening,
we brought everyone to one of our favourite local restaurants,
to begin this adventure with the most classic Georgian flavours.
Freshly baked Adjarian Khachapuri —
a warm bread boat overflowing with cheese, butter and egg;
Khinkali dumplings —
bursting with juicy broth in every bite;
And of course,
Georgia’s proud traditional charcoal grilled meat skewers, Mtsvadi,
simply seasoned with salt and fire,
yet full of the bold and hearty spirit of the Caucasus.
Before crossing mountains and glaciers,
it is only right to reward ourselves first.
And with this very first gathering meal,
we officially declare:
Great Caucasus snow mountains and glaciers —
we are coming for you！
