Ratu Oceania Raya’s (ROR) core competence is in supplying culinary, hospitality and marine professionals to the maritime and hotel industry worldwide, with some of the industry’s most prestigious brands as our partners in industry. Commencing operations in 2007, we place well over 1000 candidates per year to our various cruise line clients, and also re-process all hired candidates in coo

peration with our cruise line partners for their return assignments. We pride ourselves in providing exceptional levels of service and expertise and use a ‘partnership’ approach in meeting both client and employee needs. Our strict attention to detail and commitment to fair and equitable practices enabled us to obtain the prestigious ISO:9001 quality rating in 2011. In 2013, we were the first Indonesian recruitment agency to be independently audited and certified as fully MLC-2006 compliant. Our close relationships with government agencies , our expertise in providing visa and travel services, and our commitment to honesty and ethics has resulted in ROR being recognized as the premier crew placement agent in Indonesia.
