In the beginning, Shanhua only provide trips to Hatyai, Thailand and Padang Besar, Perlis. These are the more popular packages especially for residents in Northern Malaysia.Shanhua provided a very good service to all customers and they will come back again and again for the Thailand trip. Shanhua has slowly expanded and is offering more Tour Packages to many parts of Malaysia including Genting, Melaka, East Coast, Kuala Lumpur and so on. Genting has become one of the most welcomed package after 1995. Shanhua offered a lot of tour to Genting at that time. In 1999, Shanhua started providing daily trips to Genting and picking up Customers from Butterworth, Penang, Bukit Mertajam, Nibong Tebal on the way back. In year 2000, Shanhua became Genting's number 1 dealer to bring the most customers to Genting. Genting recognized Shanhua's effort, and provided a lot of supporting promotional materials, and advertising materials to Shanhua. Beside The Genting Tours, Shanhua is also doing very well in other tours. Today, Shanhua provides daily trips to Pulau Redang (except during the raining season) and Hadyai. Shanhua is very proud of this achievements as not all travel agents can provide daily trips to all these interesting places from a One-Stop Centre. Shanhua now owns 16 buses and vans to serve the increasing tour demands. In terms of transport, Shanhua is one of the biggest travel agents in Northern Malaysia. Shanhua is now operating 365 days per year, from 7.30am to 12 midnight. She is the Wholesale Agent for the hotel. Shanhua is also the agent for many Airline Tickets, Theme Park Tickets, Cruise Tickets and so on. Shanhua also provides a lot of Overseas Trips to China, Taiwan, Australia, Europe, America, Japan and so on.
