was incorporated on 29th August 2012 and commenced business on 1st October 2012 as a contractor in the building line for the supply and installation of ceiling systems. Chong Yin Wei who has 10 years experience in the construction business. Yee Chee Kiong, with 5 years experience in construction industry joined the Company as shareholder & director. Its main activities are in new residential, comm

ercial & industrial projects and renovation for homes and office premises. The Company carried out its first project at Taman Juara, Menggatal, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah a housing estate consisting of 42 units Double Storey Terrace and Bungalow houses. The Company has since moved on actively to other projects , big or small. Other Completed and Ongoing Projects includes:
Sabah Regional State Library at Tanjung Aru, Kota Kinabalu.
55 units Shopoffices at Alamesra, Kota Kinabalu
Gastro Pub, Hotel Hilton, Kota Kinabalu
The Loft Apartment, Kota Kinabalu
Private Bungalow Unit at Sunny Garden, Kota Kinabalu
Sutera Avenue, Kota Kinabalu
