Malaysia's largest Gifts & Premium entrepreneur community, representing manufacturers, designers, specialty services providers, wholesalers, importers, exporters, retailers from the gifts and premium industry. Proudly established on the 16th February 2009 by a group of entrepreneurs who are markedly passionate about the future direction of the specialty gifts and premium industry. The Association

represents companies from across the gifts and premium industry – manufacturers, designers, specialty services providers, wholesalers, importers, exporters, retailers - from sole traders to sizeable organisations. This association is dedicated to the advancement and development of the gifts and premium industry and working hard not only in Malaysia but also exploring, exploiting and expanding into the international market. The Association is managed and steered by an elected board of committee from member companies, all of whom have extensive experience in the industry, assisted by a full-time secretariat which provide administrative support to all the members. MGPA is also the main organiser of the following international and national events and platforms:

MGPA Courtesy Visit to SME Corp – 10 June 2025

📍 Venue: SME Corp Office, Kuala Lumpur

The Malaysian Gifts and Premium Association (MGPA) had a impactful engagement session with Encik Mohd Rithaudden bin Makip, Deputy CEO of SME Corp Malaysia, and his team. The meeting explored potential collaboration in areas such as business acceleration programs, business matching, workshops, and seminars that could greatly benefit MGPA members.

This initiative aligns with the strategic direction under the leadership of MGPA President Mr. Ivan Loo, particularly through the Connect Plus blueprint aimed at empowering members with greater industry connectivity and development support.

Visit to MRPMA

MGPA paid a courtesy visit to the Malaysian Rubber Products Manufacturers’ Association (MRPMA) with the aim of strengthening inter-association goodwill and exploring future collaboration opportunities. The visit reflects MGPA’s commitment to fostering strong industry ties and supporting mutual growth.

The delegation was led by MGPA President Ivan Loo, accompanied by Deputy President Evelyn Hew, Assistant Secretary General Albert Choong, Assistant Treasurer Wayne Chan, Committee Member Stanley Chai, and General Manager Suzanna Liew. The meeting served as a valuable platform for open dialogue, sharing of insights, and discussing potential joint initiatives that could benefit members of both associations.
