Certified Translation & Transliteration for trademark registration application
Step 1: Send me a scanned version of your trademark by email
Step 2: Wait for a quotation
Step 3: If agreeable, you may
(i)provide additional information on: trademark owner, if it is related to the trade name & the actual intended meaning, if any. You may also provide information on nature of business for background information.
(ii)drop by to complete the procedure and pick up the document from me
(iii)if you choose to receive the translation by courier, you may pay me via an ATM cash deposit machine / online transfer.

Trademark registration applicants may submit Certified Transliteration & Translation when they lodge their trademark registration application, along with an application form. In the case of late submission, submit it by providing the applicant‘s File Reference Number (include also class and date of filing) so that Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO) could place it in the same file for further action. In the case of late submission, submit it with a copy of the reminder or reference letter.
