来到了日喀则的扎什伦布寺，始建于1447年，是藏传佛教格鲁派六大寺院之一，也是历代班禅驻地。寺内有宏伟的强巴佛殿、历世班禅灵塔殿，以及依山而建的晒佛台。

阳光正好，慢慢走，慢慢感受这座古老寺院的宁静与厚重。

We've come to Tashilhunpo Monastery in Shigatse. Founded in 1447, it is one of the six great monasteries of the Gelug school and the traditional seat of the Panchen Lamas.

With its Maitreya Buddha Hall, Panchen Lama stupas and giant Thangka Display Wall, this centuries-old monastery feels especially peaceful under the Tibetan sun.

抵达列城后，休息了一天，隔日我们来个轻徒步，当做是为接下来的玛卡河谷徒步预习。天气好，我们朝着Tsemo山丘缓缓上坡，尔后从山顶再下山至列城皇宫，进入市区。然后，我们煞有其事地以喝茶庆祝完成了一趟徒步预习😛😛

After a rest day following our arrival in Leh, we took a light hike the next day to warm up for the Markha Valley trek. With great weather, we made our slow climb up Tsemo Hill, then walked down from the top toward Leh Palace and into the city. Afterwards, we pretended it was a big deal and celebrated our 'practice hike' with a cup of tea 😛😛

羊卓雍措，西藏三大圣湖之一，藏语意为"碧玉湖"。湖面海拔4441米，是喜马拉雅山北麓最大的内陆湖。蜿蜒的湖岸线，珊瑚般的蓝色湖面，美得不像人间。

随后远眺卡诺拉冰川，巨大的冰舌从云端倾泻到眼前。它曾是《红河谷》的取景地，也因此留下了一道永远不会愈合的伤疤。上白下黑的冰川，是时间与人类共同的痕迹。

Yamdrok Lake, one of Tibet's three sacred lakes, known in Tibetan as "Jade Lake." At 4,441m, it's the largest inland lake on the northern slope of the Himalayas — winding shorelines and coral-blue waters that look almost unreal.

Then a glimpse of Karola Glacier, a massive ice tongue cascading from the clouds to the roadside. It was a filming location for “Red River Valley,” and it still bears a scar that will never heal. Half white, half black — shaped by time and by humans.

我们以一场《文成公主》舞台剧，替这趟滇藏线画上句号。一路有风景，有下雪的惊喜，也有高反的惊吓；有天不作美，还有堵车堵到开始怀疑……是不是整条国道都在跟我们谈人生。走过所有弯路，知道人生不必一定要非走直线不可；熬过所有拥堵，就会懂得顺畅有多珍贵。所以我们决定把沿途的不完美，通通打包带回家。

Closed the Yunnan-Tibet chapter with the Princess Wencheng show! Traffic jams tested our patience, but bad weather built character. Life isn't a straight road anyway—bringing every imperfect along with fond memory home.

在拉萨的第二天，以轻松活动为主，继续适应高海拔。上午我们驱车到郊区，拜访当地藏式民居。主人家招待我们品尝手抓牦牛肉、酥油茶，还用羊皮袋示范制作糌粑让我试吃。

Second day in Lhasa, for better altitude acclimatization, we only did light and leisure activity. In the morning, we had a home visit in the city outskirts. The host family treated us with hand-pull yak meat, butter tea, and demonstrated how to make tsampa (dough made from roasted ground barley flour).

下着雨，我们一行人走进大昭寺。当天有当地人朝佛人群的管控与分流，寺内格外宁静。我们慢慢地走，慢慢地看，没有平日的拥挤与喧嚣，反倒多了一份难得的从容与宁静。

In the rain, we made our way into Jokhang Temple. With crowd control and separate arrangements for local worshippers that day, the temple felt exceptionally peaceful.

We wandered slowly, taking in every detail without the usual crowds and bustle. There was a rare sense of calm and ease.

成都直飞拉萨第一天，我们没有安排活动，主要先适应高海拔气候。入住的酒店就在八廓街区，步行即可到达。先带大家去八廓街转圈，然后到当地的老茶馆，体验藏人聚会喝茶文化。

On the first day of landing in Lhasa by flight from Chengdu, we didn't schedule any activities, focusing mainly on altitude acclimatization. Our hotel is located right in the Barkhor Street area, easily accessible on foot. After some rest, we took a leisurely stroll around Barkhor Street, then visit a local traditional teahouse, soaking up the local vibes.
