⚠️ Scam Alert for All PLAY Guests⚠️

Dear Valued Guests,

We have been informed that scammers are pretending to be PLAY Management and asking guests to make check-in payments.

Please note:
- Our Customer Service team will only contact you using our official phone numbers.(03-27795454)
- If you booked through Agoda, Booking.com, Trip.com, or any other online booking platform, we will never ask you to pay for your room again.
- The only payment we may request is the refundable security deposit.

If you receive a message from this number or any unknown number claiming to be PLAY Management, do not reply, click any payment links, or share your personal or banking information.

If you have already made a payment to the scammer:
- Call the National Scam Response Centre (NSRC) at 997.
- Report the incident to your booking platform (Agoda, Booking.com, Trip.com, etc.).
- Contact your bank immediately to report the transaction and request a payment dispute.

We sincerely apologize for this situation and appreciate your understanding. Your safety and security are our top priorities.
