* 30% down payment to secure the booking & 70% balance at check-in
* check-in at 15:00 & check-out 12:00 (please inquire for special requests)
* Refundable security deposit of USD 540 upon check-in to ensure nothing is damaged or taken as a souvenir & refunded upon satisfactory inspection at check-out
