The important notice from Dream Cruises on Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) as below;
As per the latest announcement from the Singapore government, due to the recent outbreak of the 2019 novel coronavirus, all People’s Republic of China (PRC) passport holders and visitors, regardless of nationality, with recent travel history to mainland China within the last 14 days will be restricted from entering or transiting through Singapore. As a result of this, anyone fitting these conditions will also be unable to sail on Genting Dream’s cruises departing from 31 January 2020 to 15 March 2020.
Dream Cruises will offer affected guests the option to cancel their cruise with a full refund (paid cruise fare, port charges and Dream Cruises shore excursion. Please contact your original booking source for the necessary arrangements and on behalf of Dream Cruises, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We thank you in advance for your kind understanding and support in light of these unforeseen circumstances.
To safeguard the well-being of our guests and crew, guests under the following conditions will also be prohibited from boarding Genting Dream:
• Guests with laboratory-confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus and their families
• Guests in isolation with suspected novel coronavirus cases and their families
• Guests at the terminal that are diagnosed with fever or other related novel coronavirus symptoms, as well as their families
As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure the health and safety of all guests, Dream Cruises has implemented precautionary steps, including health screening and temperature measurements for all embarking guests and crew members, as well as stringent sanitization and enhanced disinfection protocols on board its ships across the fleet. Dream Cruises would like to reiterate that it maintains the highest preventative hygiene and sanitation standards on board its fleet and is committed to safeguarding the health of all guests and crew.
