Seperti yang sedia maklum, Seribu 1 Homestay Kundasang amat menitik berat isu keselamatan dan keselesaan. Makanan dan minuman tidak halal dilarang dibawa masuk ke homestay kerana pelanggan kami terdiri daripada pelbagai kaum dan agama. Manakala isu karoke sangat dilarang kerana ini akan menganggu penduduk kampung serta penginap lain. Syarat ini telah dikeluarkan oleh Ketua Kampung dan telah dipersetujui di meja mesyuarat peringkat kampung.

Seribu 1 Homestay Kundasang emphasize on safety and comfort issues. Non -halal food and beverages are prohibited from being brought into our homestay because our customers come from various races and religions. Karoeke is strictly prohibited because it will disturb the local villagers and other residents. These conditions has been set by the Community Leader and agreed by all parties.
