A Meaningful 2-Day Journey in Sandakan!

We were delighted to welcome cruise ship visitors for a memorable 2-day experience exploring the natural and cultural treasures of Sandakan.

The journey included visits to Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre, Bornean Sun Bear Conservation Centre, Labuk Bay Proboscis Monkey Sanctuary, and a heritage tour showcasing the rich history and culture of Sandakan.

STWA would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Ms. Silverina Anabelle Kibat, Head of Studies Centre and Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Hotel & Tourism Management, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Sabah, for taking the time to meet with us and share her valuable insights.
