At Sepilok Tropical Wildlife Adventure (STWA), we’re constantly working to improve the way we serve our guests and deliver memorable wildlife experiences.

We’re currently implementing a new operational system and conducting training with our Sales, Operations, Guides and Drivers to ensure every department is well-prepared and able to work together smoothly. 🤝🌿

From planning and bookings to guiding, transportation and guest experiences, teamwork and good coordination are key to making every journey seamless.

Discovering a New Side of Sandakan! 🌿

STWA is always striving to explore new and exciting tourism products in Sandakan. This time, we visited a local Vanilla Eco Farm with great potential to become a unique visitor experience. 🌱🍦

It was wonderful meeting the owner and his son, exchanging ideas and exploring ways to develop this beautiful place for future visitors. And of course, we couldn’t resist trying their homemade vanilla pudding and vanilla ice cream! 😋
