Feeling hungry and wanna have a supper? Head over to sin mei seafood restaurant near mutiara mrt cheras. Ordered their siew yuk mee (the texture like wonton mee good quality ones without preservative smell), fish maw fake shark fin soup, and the Claypot thick broth lao shu fen.

The deep fried prawn is average. They also offer steamboat but nothing special about it. There is a few stall outside such as bbq chicken wings, baked salted fish 盐焗鱼,satay sate, and others.

Have been seeing chicken & beer keep promoting but I wait till the moment I have chance to be at damansara. Little did I know, this chic eggy cb turns out to have pretty affordable meal. And the fried chicken is pretty good.

Fried chicken with its crispy skin and juicy tender meat was pretty good.

The staff says they do have the night dj jamming but I hear no one exploring at there. The dj speak easy bar is located at 2nd floor. What's surprise me was the paper kite, proudly made in Malaysia craft beer and it was really good that I went to purchase the lager beer and stout.

Little did I realised that corks out is owned by our long time friend Edmund from dionysus Asia which I have collaborated before for wine festival in ampang. Edmund just started expand his fnb outlets in Dec 2024.

Also a wine distributor, the way corks out restaurant build it's interior is classy European kinda feeling. It's unlike a wine shop nor a deli wine restaurant. It's really like a proper wine restaurant bar with very nice display for all the imported premium wine selection.

The best part is corks out offers good wine promo for eg 5 glasses of wine at only rm88!

We ordered their signature food which is crunchy prawn toast and juicy grilled pork chop. Needless to say both are perfect and paired well with the shiraz wine - denga shoulder farms.

Great hospitality by the Filipino staff as well.

Besides few locations mainly subang, ttdi, Bukit Bintang, they also owned others wine fnb and crab restaurants.

Come here if you aim for melting bbq char siew and a good curry broth of hambalang curry noodles soup. Might be hard to locate as the GPS n Waze location tag is inaccurate. Operates at night. And inside pudu pasar. Try Google or search for restoran 168 pudu for a more accurate geo tag.

If you see the char siew photo, you already know I ain't no cheat you. Really melt la bro n sis.

As for the curry broth, not thick nor watery. Just nice fragrant curry broth with all the ingredients. Of course you gonna have some siham to eat along with it.

This is the legend stall, tung jing dimsum and tomyum noodles, as declared by its name. They closed on Tues and sat, no idea why they choose to close on sat since weekend attracts busy crowd.

But it is all good cause they are humble with their signature tomyum curry noodle. Not many ppl can do combo as such. With the freshly made fish paste, pork paste, and pork dumplings. With handmade noodles, followed by at least some fresh choy sum vegetables. It's a texture of sour mix spicy kick kinda servings. Staff told me need wait 20 mins, but i end up wait till 40 mins.

All worth it as I find nothing much of food stalls amaze my tongue taste bud. More or less they really taste the same.

Fyi, they only sell the noodles, not dimsum, cause they used to operate a restaurant carrying the same brand name.

Located at kenki food court taman midah cheras.

When you feel there is no WiFi, somehow we will find better connections together.
Together we create a bonding under a relaxing atmosphere and natural breeze.l away from the busy city. And I was drop dead even more tired after being sleepy and sloggish thanks to the totally relaxing nothing-to-do mode. I only forget to bring my beer along this journey. And probably slightly less umph without the speaker to play the easy jazz music all day long. ❤️

Reviews for this glamping: well given hospitality and the sports facilities, all you need just a hot shower and warm coffee up the hill. Cosy single beds, hammock (just for you to swing sleep a whole), lazy bean bag, if only we can eat steamboat at our own compound. They also offer a WiFi living room, and others compound, usually you won't be using that much spaces anyway.

Their sports facilities consist of badminton, archery, ping pong.

Bubble whirlpool bath with warm water definitely extra bonus. They have sauna and steam room.

If you know any more affordable glamping sites, do share.

✨ Discover the magic of Malaysia's Wayang Kulit! 🌟

This ancient art form is a captivating blend of shadow puppets, storytelling, and music.

I used to watch the cap ubat batuk commercial ad back in 1990 TVc ad. I was curious and turned out you might be able to watch the puppeteer show in kelantan or Indonesia perhaps. In China, they definitely use puppets as we watch in the classic movies.

I'm amazed the intricate craftsmanship of leather puppets being finely made, and then brought to life by the skilled hands of a Tok Dalang (master puppeteer). 🎭

Apparently the whole show, master puppeteer needs to do solo, from sound effect, change of voice, narrator while directing the whole puppet show.

For , I was happy to see they run a puppet show aside offering special workshops to hands on to create a puppeteer.
They are located at gmbb kl. It's not easy to still have people sustaining such heritage culture. What amazed is that a twist of the modern star wars wayang kulit, with the special star war plot session.

Fusion Wayang Kulit is a groundbreaking project founded by Tintoy Chuo and Take Huat in 2012. It combines traditional Malay shadow puppetry (wayang kulit) with science fiction, particularly Star Wars. Their main project, Peperangan Bintang, features characters like Sangkalah Vedeh (a Darth Vader-inspired demon) and Perantau Langit (Luke Skywalker). The team aims to revitalize wayang kulit by blending it with modern elements while preserving its authentic form, including the use of Kelantanese Malay dialect. Led by master puppeteer Pak Dain, Fusion Wayang Kulit has become a prominent force in Malaysian culture and education. The whole shadow puppet show is in bahasa malay language.
let's keep this cultural treasure alive!

One of the largest indoor theme park in kl, no need purposely go for an outdoor sunburnt or wet theme park finally. However, they only take each ride once and finish the whole berjaya Times Square theme park within 2 hours.
OK la. A short break from the school holiday. Already cracking head don't know wherelse to bring them for school holiday already.

The good thing is each ride for the junior version and the upper primary version. Bumper ride is included so hey not that bad for an entry fee of rm50 only at such economical difficult times.
