Tourism Selangor was honoured to witness the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) exchange ceremony between Hwajing Travel -Malaysia and Adora Cruise Limited- China, at ITB China @ Shanghai 2026, marking a significant step towards strengthening regional tourism collaboration and cruise tourism development.

The ceremony was witnessed by the honourable Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia (MOTAC), YB Dato Seri Tiong King Sing, Director General of Tourism Malaysia Mr Amirul Rizal Abdul Rahim, CEO of Tourism Selangor Ms Chua Yee Ling, and CEO of Port Klang Cruise Terminal (PKCT) Mr Alvin Alphonso.

This collaboration also highlights the strong potential of PKCT as a strategic home port for cruise tourism in the region, further enhancing Malaysia’s connectivity and positioning Selangor as a key gateway for international cruise travellers.

Tourism Selangor looks forward to continued partnerships that will enhance tourism connectivity and promote Selangor and Malaysia as premier travel destinations.
