Puding Kastard Nenas | Resepi Paling Real Fruit & Mudah!
Ingredients
Base Layer
• 150g biscuit marie (crushed)
• 150g melted butter
Custard Layer
• 600g water
• 370g evaporated milk
• 100g dairy whipping cream
• 10g BWY Agar - Agar Powder Japan
• 100g sugar
• 4tbsp custard powder
Pineapple Layer
• BWY Pineapple Slices in Syrup 565g (1can)
• 200g water
• 1tsp Agar - Agar Powder Japan
• 80g sugar
• cherry slices
Method
1. Mix crushed Marie biscuits and melted butter in a 8" square mould until well blended.
2. Pour the mixture into a mould lined with parchment paper and press the crumbs down firmly and evenly into a flat layer. Set aside.
4. In a pan, combine water, evaporated milk, dairy whipping cream, agar-agar powder japan, sugar and custard powder. Whisk well until all ingredients are completely dissolved before turning on the heat.
5. Heat the mixture over medium heat, whisking constantly, until it thickens and starts bubbling.
6. Scatter pineapple chunks evenly over the prepared biscuit crust.
7. Pour the thickened custard mixture gently over the biscuit base and chunks.
8. Place in the chiller for 1 to 2 hours or until the custard layer is completely set.
9. In a clean pan, combine water, the reserved pineapple syrup from the can, agar-agar powder and sugar. Whisk well.
10. Heat the mixture, whisking constantly, until it thickens slightly and bubbles. Turn off the heat.
11. Take the chilled custard out. Arrange the whole pineapple slices evenly across the top of the set custard layer.
12. Place sliced cherry piece according to your preferences.
13. Gently ladle the warm pineapple agar-agar mixture over the top until it covers the fruits.
14. Leave it to cool and set completely in the chiller before slicing into squares and serving.
