Puding Kastard Nenas | Resepi Paling Real Fruit & Mudah!

Ingredients
Base Layer
• 150g biscuit marie (crushed)
• 150g melted butter

Custard Layer
• 600g water
• 370g evaporated milk
• 100g dairy whipping cream
• 10g BWY Agar - Agar Powder Japan
• 100g sugar
• 4tbsp custard powder

Pineapple Layer
• BWY Pineapple Slices in Syrup 565g (1can)
• 200g water
• 1tsp Agar - Agar Powder Japan
• 80g sugar
• cherry slices

Method
1. Mix crushed Marie biscuits and melted butter in a 8" square mould until well blended.
2. Pour the mixture into a mould lined with parchment paper and press the crumbs down firmly and evenly into a flat layer. Set aside.
4. In a pan, combine water, evaporated milk, dairy whipping cream, agar-agar powder japan, sugar and custard powder. Whisk well until all ingredients are completely dissolved before turning on the heat.
5. Heat the mixture over medium heat, whisking constantly, until it thickens and starts bubbling.
6. Scatter pineapple chunks evenly over the prepared biscuit crust.
7. Pour the thickened custard mixture gently over the biscuit base and chunks.
8. Place in the chiller for 1 to 2 hours or until the custard layer is completely set.
9. In a clean pan, combine water, the reserved pineapple syrup from the can, agar-agar powder and sugar. Whisk well.
10. Heat the mixture, whisking constantly, until it thickens slightly and bubbles. Turn off the heat.
11. Take the chilled custard out. Arrange the whole pineapple slices evenly across the top of the set custard layer.
12. Place sliced cherry piece according to your preferences.
13. Gently ladle the warm pineapple agar-agar mixture over the top until it covers the fruits.
14. Leave it to cool and set completely in the chiller before slicing into squares and serving.
15. Done! Enjoy with family and friends!

Chilled Cheesecake | Resepi NO-BAKE Cheesecake Paling Chill & Creamy

• 160g milk
• 150g sugar
• 2 egg yolks
• 250g cream cheese
• 15g gelatin
• 80g water
• lemon juice (half)
• lemon zest
• 250g Ankly Whipping Cream 35%
• 120g biscuit crumbs
• 120g melted butter
• fruit filling (strawberry / blueberry / apple / raspberry)
• whole cherries

Method
1. Combine milk, sugar and egg yolk in a bowl over a double boiler. Stir continuously until the mixture thickens up and looks like a creamy sauce.
2. In a separate large bowl, add the cream cheese and beat with a hand mixer until it becomes smooth and creamy.
3. Pour the dissolved gelatin mixture into the beaten cream cheese and mix until well blended. To make gelatin mixture, mix gelatin and water and leave it for 10 minutes. It will become harden. When it’s time to use, dissolved the gelatin over double boiler.
4. Gradually pour the warm cream sauce mixture into the cream cheese, mixing well with the hand mixer after each addition.
5. Add in lemon zest and fresh lemon juice and mix well.
6. Add in lightly whipped Ankly Whipping Cream to the cream cheese mixture and mix until fully incorporated and smooth.
7. To make the crust, mix biscuit crumbs and melted butter together. Spoon the mixture into cupcake liners and press down firmly to form a compact base.
8. Pour the cheesecake batter evenly over the biscuit crusts.
9. Place the muffin tray in the chiller for 1 to 2 hours until the cheesecakes are fully set.
10. Once chilled, top each chilled cheesecake with a dollop of fruit filling and a whole cherry before serving.
11. Done! Enjoy with friends and family!

Kek Marble Mini | Resepi Paling Mudah & Senang!

Ingredients (yield 12cup)
• 250g butter
• 250g sugar
• 5 eggs (added gradually)
• 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
• 260g BWY Marble Cake Mix
• 100ml milk
• 20g cocoa powder

Method
1. Beat the butter and sugar together until the mixture is creamy.
2. Incorporate the eggs one by one, mixing well after each egg, then mix in vanilla essence.
3. Mix in BWY Marble Cake Mix until combined, then pour in the milk and mix until the batter is smooth.
4. Separate 1/3 of the batter into a different bowl and mix in the cocoa powder until well blended.
5. Pipe the plain and chocolate batters into mini muffin liners in alternating layers.
6. Use a skewer or toothpick to swirl the two batters together for the marble effect.
7. Bake at 180°C for 30 - 32 minutes.
8. Done! Enjoy with family and friends.

Blueberry Pavlova | Resepi Paling Masam Masam Manis

Ingredients (yield 8pcs)
• 120g egg Whites
• 1 tsp vinegar
• 150g LIN Icing Sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla essence
• 30g corn starch
• 120g Whip Fresh Non-Dairy Whipping Cream
• 30g BWY Fruit Filling Blueberry
• Fresh Blueberries (for garnish)
• Fresh Mint Leaves (for garnish)

Method
1. In a clean bowl, pour in the egg whites and vinegar. Use a hand mixer to beat until foamy.
2. Gradually add the icing sugar while continuing to beat on high speed until the mixture reaches stiff peaks (the meringue should be glossy and hold its shape firmly).
3. Pour in the vanilla essence and corn starch. Do not let these two ingredients come into direct contact with each other, as this will cause the starch to form lumps. Mix until well blended and smooth.
4. Fit a piping bag with nozzle 864. Pipe the meringue onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper in a circular, upwards motion to create a "nest" shape.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 110°C for 40 minutes. Once baked, do not remove them immediately. Leave the meringues in the oven for 1 - 2 hour or overnight to ensure they are completely dry and crisp.
6. While baking, lets prepare the blueberry whipping cream. In a separate bowl, whip whipping cream until stiff peaks form . Add blueberry fruit filling and mix well.
7. To assemble the pavlova, follow this sequence: Pavlova > fruit filling > blueberry whipping cream (nozzle 510) > blueberry fruit > mint leaves.
8. Done! Enjoy with family and friends.
