Remember that 3-minute safety stop we talked about?

Well… there’s another challenge.

Staying at 5 metres.

You’re going up…
Then down…
Then up again.

Yep… underwater yo-yo mode activated.

Don’t worry — this is super common, especially when you’re still getting comfortable with buoyancy.

The more relaxed you become underwater, the more natural it starts to feel.

Nobody becomes a buoyancy ninja overnight.

One dive at a time. 🫧
