The primary school, with big roof to store good water in a island were there is only salty water, is gone. One of the few picture available till now. Unfortunately we did not have any contact yet with our team in Ibo district.

We need the help of each of you. Cyclone Kenneth wiped out everything in few, terrible hours, from 3 pm of 25th to 2 am of 26th of April. The islands of Ibo, Matemo and Quirimba, inside the Quirimbas National Park, where ECO Mozambique operates, are among the interested area.
The damages are catastrophic, leaving thousands of people without home, even a shelter. And it rains and rains, flooding everything.

It is necessary and urgent:
- to rebuild and build the roofs
- to provide emergency shelters
- to reasonably guarantee hygiene, health and potable water
