We offer you, both the home owner and the holiday maker, PONTA/MALONGANE HOLIDAY RENTALS, SOUTHERN MOZAMBIQUE. We are constantly being approached by home owners in the area to help them rent out their holiday homes. It was therefore obvious to us that there is a gap in the holiday rental industry that desperately needs to be filled. We are dedicated to create satisfaction for both the ho

me owner and the holiday maker! WHAT WE OFFER TO THE HOME OWNER:
1. We are based in Ponta Malongane, which is an added advantage if you list your property with us!
2. We would respectfully request the opportunity to view your property at your convenience and would also request that, should you have an inventory available of all your contents, we would appreciate a copy so that we can follow up after occupations. If required by you, deposits will be requested to cover breakages, damage, loss, etc.
3. We would request that you provide us with your contact details, in-and-out of season rates, commission structure, etc.
4. We would also be happy to create a “bookings calendar” on your behalf, so that both you and us are aware at all times whether or not your property is available without unnecessarily bothering you, which should be easily controlled via Dropbox or e/mail.
5. We would be most happy to photograph your facility for the purpose of advertising same, unless you would prefer to provide us with photographs to be used.
6. Further, kindly advise whether or not you have your own domestic service before and after occupation and any other additional needs and requirements and whether the domestic help is available to holiday makers and at what additional cost? We look forward to working with you and welcome any additional input/requirements. WHAT WE OFFER THE HOLIDAY MAKER:

I always wonder why everyone wants to come on holiday during peak season when the area is overrun with holiday makers, the borders and roads are busy with long queues and cars stuck in the sand? Restaurants packed to capacity and everything is ten times more expensive? Yes, I understand about annual shut-downs, school holidays, etc. BUT there are other school holidays! And for everyone else who are free to travel when they wish, come experience Moz out of peak season! Everything is cheaper, including accommodation, leaving you more money to spend on everything else on offer! Ponta Malongane/Mamoli has so much to offer! Swimming with Dolphins, Paragliding, Water Slides, Quad bike rides, snorkeling, fishing, massages at a local spa, shopping from the locals, and YES.... you can buy everything you need right here, including MEAT! 😅🙃🤣 Do not hesitate to contact me for options on accommodation. Thank you again so much for all the assistance with securing this accommodation. We had the most amazing time in Malongane. The house was beautiful and perfect for us.
Ty was amazing, he made sure we had the right day to go out and we actually got to snorkel with the dolphins. Our first time in Malongane but definitely not our last.
