Hi everybody,
I kow you have been looking forward to come and see what new jams I have in stock tomorrow but unfortunately I have hurt my back and will not be able to go through a morning on the market. Hold thumbs for me that I will be back on the matt next weekend in Windhoek at the Boeremark.

Today I had my first jab of AstraZeneca at the State Hospital in Swakopmund. Went there around 13:00, no rows of waiting people no extended times. In and out within an hour. On 16 Juli I am in for the second shot

Heute habe ich mir meine erste Impfung mit AstraZeneca im Staats Krankenhaus in Swakopmund abgeholt. Keine langen Warteschlangen oder zeitaufwendige Wartereien. Innerhalb 1 Stunde war alles erledigt. Am 16. Juli gibt es den nächsten Pieks
