We are excited to add a 2-day yoga trip for both local Namibians and travellers who'd like to relax in a more serene environment and relieve tension in both body and mind. Suzi Seha will be leading these retreats. She is a founding member of the Mindfulness Institute of Namibia, a partner in Wellness Retreats Namibia and owner of Lotus Boutique Yoga Studio and Zen Den Inspired Living Studio.
