📣 We’re Hiring: Executive Sous Chef
Join our culinary team and help us create unforgettable dining experiences!

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Sous Chef to support our Executive Chef in leading daily kitchen operations, developing menus, managing staff, and upholding the highest food quality and hygiene standards.

👨‍🍳 Key Responsibilities

Supervision & Staff Management
🔹 Oversee kitchen staff and ensure smooth daily operations
🔹 Train and mentor junior chefs and team members
🔹 Delegate tasks based on skill and experience
🔹 Enforce food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
🔹 Communicate between kitchen and front-of-house teams

Food Production & Quality
🔹 Assist with creative menu planning and new dish development
🔹 Monitor food prep, taste, and presentation for consistency
🔹 Help manage inventory and place orders as needed
🔹 Maintain excellent kitchen hygiene and food safety practices
🔹 Support food cost control and overall kitchen efficiency

Additional Duties
🔹 Troubleshoot and resolve kitchen challenges
🔹 Assist with admin tasks like scheduling and reports
🔹 Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment
🔹 Help out during peak periods and busy shifts
🔹 Promote teamwork and a positive kitchen environment

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Skills & Experience
✔️ Strong culinary knowledge across various cuisines and techniques
✔️ Proven leadership and kitchen management experience
✔️ Excellent verbal and written communication
✔️ Deep understanding of food safety and hygiene protocols

• Barista experience with bartending skills is a huge advantage

1 x Bartender

Requirements:

• Energetic and can work long hours standing
• Understand importance of hygiene and cleanliness of a bar environment
