The FUNAAB Zoo Park family came together to celebrate the end-of-year party, a special moment to reflect on the successes, lessons, and challenges of the outgoing year. It was indeed a season of gratitude, joy, and renewed commitment.
In 2025, the Zoo Park recorded remarkable milestones. Notably, we successfully ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ต๐ถ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐ณ๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐น ๐ด๐ผ๐ฎ๐น๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฒ๐
๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐บ๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐, creating richer and more exciting experiences for our visitors. These include the ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ญ๐ผ๐ผ ๐ ๐๐๐ฒ๐๐บ, ๐ต๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐ฒ ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ป๐ด, and a variety of ๐ผ๐๐๐ฑ๐ผ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ด๐ฎ๐บ๐ฒ๐, all aimed at enhancing recreation, education, and visitor satisfaction.
Speaking at the event, the Director of FUNAAB Zoo Park, ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ณ. ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐บ ๐ข. ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐บ-๐ช๐ผ๐ฏ๐ผ, expressed his heartfelt appreciation to all staff for their dedication, teamwork, and sacrifices throughout the year. He encouraged the Zoo Park family to remain committed and to work even harder in order to ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐๐ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ต๐ถ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฑ ๐ถ๐ป ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ.
The celebration also served as an avenue to warmly welcome a newly transferred staff member to the Zoo Park family, ๐ ๐ฟ. ๐๐ถ๐ฝ๐ผ ๐ ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ป๐ณ๐ผ๐น๐. In his vote of thanks, Mr. Moronfolu appreciated the Director for his kindness and exemplary leadership and thanked the entire Zoo Park staff for the love and warm reception that enabled him to settle in quickly.
During her goodwill message, the Head of Accounts, ๐ ๐ฟ๐. ๐ข๐น๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ท๐, appreciated the Zoo Park family for their unity and support. She shared emotional reflections, noting that this end-of-year party might be her last as she prepares to retire from the service of the University in October next year. She expressed deep gratitude and stated that she would always cherish the beautiful memories of working with the FUNAAB Zoo Park family.
