Next Cash & Carry, one of Abuja's popular shopping destinations, has officially reopened its doors to the public nearly five years after it was shut down following a devastating fire incident. The retail outlet, located along Ahmadu Bello Way in the Jahi/Kado area of Abuja, was forced to close after a major fire gutted parts of the facility in December 2021. The supermarket reopened on 18th August, drawing a large crowd of Abuja residents eager to see the store back in operation.

Next Cash & Carry, the popular Abuja supermarket owned by Peter Obi, has reopened along Ahmadu Bello Way in Jahi/Kado, nearly five years after a fire forced its closure in December 2021.
