Number 2. - Search for a SPONSOR to get an offer and a sponsorship letter
(Note: A sponsor is a recruiting firm for health care workers that recruit and place health care workers into several health care firms in the UK. We shall be giving you contacts of 10 of the best and popular 'SPONSORS' during the training session on 25th and 26th).

Number 3. With the offer letter and sponsorship document approach the British Embassy in your country of residence to apply for the UK health visa. You can also do this online.

Number 4. You are schedule for interview and your documents is verified. If your documents are good to go, your visa will be granted within 3 weeks.

Yesterday, 16/02/2022; the UK Government updated the List of Shortage Occupations in the UK.
Carefully go through the list to see if you are qualified for a TIER 2 Visa that grants you upto 5 Years residency permit in the UK.

1. Health services and public health managers and directors – all jobs

2. Residential, day and domiciliary care managers and proprietors

3. Chemical scientists – only jobs in the nuclear industry

4. Biological scientists and biochemists – all jobs

5. Physical scientists – only the following jobs in the construction-related ground engineering industry:
engineering geologist
hydrogeologist
geophysicist

6. Social and humanities scientists – only archaeologists

7. Civil engineers – all jobs

8. Mechanical engineers – all jobs

9. Electronics engineers – all jobs

10. Programmers and software development professionals – all jobs

11. Web design and development professionals – all jobs

12. Veterinarians – all jobs

13. Laboratory technicians – all jobs

14. Artists – all jobs

15. Dancers and choreographers – only skilled classical ballet dancers or skilled contemporary dancers who meet the standard required by internationally recognised UK ballet or contemporary dance companies.

16. Musicians – only skilled orchestral musicians who are leaders, principals, sub-principals or numbered string positions, and who meet the standard required by internationally recognised UK orchestras.

17. Welding trades – only high integrity pipe welders, where the job requires 3 or more years related on-the-job experience.
