Follow these 3 simple steps for seamless activation of the Broadband routers.

Be compliant!

STEP 1: Register the new SIM that comes with the router.

•No MORE Welcome Offer on the bundled SIM.

STEP 2: Insert the SIM into the router and turn it on.

•The bundled SIM must only be used in the router provided

•Do not insert the SIM into a mobile phone or any other router

•Do not insert an existing SIM into the new router

STEP 3: Activate the Broadband data bundle purchased by the customer.

•Customers must purchase a minimum qualifying broadband bundle: ₦9,000 (30GB for 4G Standard Router); ₦14,500 (60GB for 4G Premium Router ); ₦40,000 (Unlimited Standard Plan for 5G Router).

•Agents are encouraged to upsell customers to higher-value broadband bundles where applicable.

•Do not dial any code to activate or change tariff /
service class.

Please be informed of the reintroduction of the Xtratime service, effective 24th June 2026

Eligible customers can now access XtraTime/XtraByte services via the *303 # USSD menu.
Customers with existing loans must fully repay outstanding balances before accessing new loans.
The maximum credit limit has been revised from NGN 10,000 to NGN 5,000.
Customers can continue to take multiple loans, provided they remain within their allowable credit limit.
The service has been opened to 15.4 million customers with active loan.
Customers with an outstanding loan balance above ₦5,000 will be required to clear their existing loan before they can access a new loan.
Customers will be able to take multiple loans up to their allowable credit limit.
Loan repayments will now be recovered at 100% of recharge value, replacing the previous 90:10 repayment ratio.
