FIGHT AGAINST INSECURITY IN EKPEYE LAND:
All First Class Chiefs, Eze Emenes, Nye Udus, Eze Nwe Ulas To Swear Oath In Ekpeye land Soon

His imperial Majesty Eze Sir (Amb.) Kelvin Ngozi Anugwo PhD, DSSRS, FINM, CNA, MNIMN, SFALLP, AP, JP, AKALAKA XII , EZE EKPEYE LOGBO III has mandated all Ekpeye juju priests and community chiefs to summon all traditional rulers in Ekpeye ethnic nationality to swear the land gods and other deities to expose anyone bank rolling the cultists in the land.
The Ekpeye supreme Monarch handed down the mandate during a meeting comprising community chiefs, all juju chief priests among others held last Friday at his palace in Ula-Upata community in Ahoada East LGA of Rivers State.
He said, there was no going back in the establishment of a formidable vigilantes and redeployment of a tactical squad of Nigeria police to Ekpeye land.
Adding that he would not watch the several terrorists in his kingdom unleashing mayhem on unsuspecting members of the public.
Eze Anugwo charged the chief priests and scepter (holders) to act fast; also asked them to include all Eze Nwe Ulas to the oath taken.
The revere Ekpeye Monarch also disclosed that celebration of the all important Ogwu Ekpeye (Ekpeye festival) would be hosted on one colorful day unlike before. Stressing that the rebranding of the Ogwu Ekpeye would make the festival more popular and acceptable.
However, the participants at the meeting did not only gave their overwhelming nod , but greeted the decisions with standing ovation.
Meanwhile, these measures were aimed at cracking down the unending insurgency in Ekpeye land.
