At this point, I honestly don’t even know what’s right or wrong anymore.

Some are calling it “just a normal day” a mother and her son bonding. But I can’t help but ask: if the roles were reversed, and it were a father and his daughter engaging in the same disturbing display, would these same cheerleaders not be the first to scream “pedophile”?

The double standard is glaring.

It seems we’ve lost all sense of boundaries. When did we stop drawing the line between what’s appropriate and what’s harmful, especially in the name of “parenting” or “play”?

As the mother normalizes this kind of behavior for her son, what happens when he begins to replicate it with other females? Will society see him as a product of misguided affection or will he be labelled a predator?

We can’t keep blurring lines and calling it love. Some things are not okay no matter who’s involved.
