Akpoha Crushed Rock In Ebonyi State, Biafraland.

Akpoha is located in Afikpo North Local Government Area of Ebonyi State. It is renowned for its natural rocky terrain and expansive crushed rock formations. Don't Anglicize Our Cuisines:

Abacha is not Africa Salad,

Ofe Nsala is not White Soup,

Ofe Akwu is not Banga,

Akpụ is not Fufu, and

Ukwa is not Breadfruit. Etc

Our food is our culture and it deserves respect, so let's stop translating the names of our dishes and start embracing their original names. Just like we willingly call pizza and spaghetti by their Italian names, let's keep the original names of our dishes to honor their İgbo origins. When a friend from the US or UK asks you about your meals, proudly tell them you had Abacha, Akpụ with ofe Nsala, and if they don't know what they are, encourage them to Google it. Using Anglicized names for our food doesn't make us exposed or educated - it only diminishes our heritage. Let's take pride in our İgbo culture by preserving and promoting the original names of our cuisines.

Textile business in one of the most lucrative business in Biafraland and Aba is an industrial city for the textile.
Aba is popular for producing garments used in the Nigeria and in the West African market.

The popular Garment Village in Aba is dominated by apparel producing factories. Most of them are small-scale, and are clustered around Ngwa Road. “There are approximately 600 independent producers working in this cluster with between five and 10 employees,” the PDF report said.

“Due to the residential nature of the area, the tailors work in rooms meant for families to live in rather than in purpose-built factory spaces,” That’s the reason why our people returning home must invest in this business and build factories in order to stop people doing this business in residential buildings , this kind of textile business need to be suited in industrial area and not in residential homes.

The lack of adequate factories limits the size of the production and the productivity of workers as smaller operating spaces cut down the number of tailors that can collaborate in larger production.

International Garments producers said that for Aba to become a global city for garment production they must use Modern clothing factories and use some assembly line principles, if not it would be impossible with the small working spaces producers found in Aba to met the global demand in garment business .

Biafran business men and investors should know that for us to have an active and functional textile industry that will add an advantage for textile manufacturing sector we must return home to make a huge investments on this sector

However, part of the challenge of this for this business sector to thrive is lack of funds for expansion.

Amanchor Cave located in the Etiti-Edda, Edda LGA, of Ebonyi state Biafra. The cave is 4 km/2.5 miles in length.

The Amanchor cave has a natural step-like entrance that is supported by a wooden ladder built by the community. The cave's entrance is meters high.

The cave features three tunnels, the second of which is known as the "window," leading to the cave's ground level. The cave floor may be seen from the "window."

The cave's third entry is known as the "door." On every last Orie of a year, during December period, Edda community celebrate annual event known as Orie-Ogba is traditionally held in the cave.

According to the community they said that; The cave served as a refuge for local people during the Nigeria/Biafra war.1967-1970

Try and visit Ebonyi state and see the beautiful nature God have used to bless the Biafra nation.

Some years ago the Igbo traditional attire was something many Igbo Biafrans were no longer proud to wear during their traditional weddings .

But the emergence of and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu brought an awareness about to be proud of who they are and the need to return to their roots.

This awareness campaign help tremendously in the past 6-8years in promoting anything associated with Biafran people and now many Biafrans are very proud to wear their traditional cloths during their wedding ceremony , special events and ceremonies.
