WHAT MUST I PROVIDE TO QUALIFY FOT A VISA:
There are certain requirements required by the embassy for you to qualify for any type of visa category either for Tourist or Business Visa .
Here are a few important requirements you must provide:
1. Valid Passport ( atleast 6months Validity at the time of application)
Your passport must be valid for atleast 6months to qualify for visa stamping in your passport.
2. Well defined Purpose of Travel.
It’s very important to demonstrate your intention or purpose of travel to the visa consular either by way of paying for Tour in the country you intent traveling to or paying for an event/conference for business purpose. This defines your intention and purpose for your visa application . The embassy would like to see how intentional you are to emback on this trip and that’s why it has become very important to make a prior payment for whatever event has been organized for you in the host country. You can demonstrate this by way of providing (“ Letter Of Invitation either from family, Friends Or From the Event Organizers in the host country”)
3. Employment
This is one of the core areas you will also need to demonstrate your home ties by having an active and well paid employment in your home country. The embassy need to be convinced in this area to demonstrate your intention to return to your job back home in your country after your visit.
You must be able to demonstrate this by providing the following :
- Company’s Letter Of Introduction from your Employer

- Company’s Leave Approval Letter from your Employer.

- Company’s Employment Confirmation Letter.

- Company’s Recommendation Letter

- Company’s Sponsorship If they are sponsoring your trip.

- Personal Letter Of Introduction explaining in details your job, marital life, children, other business held in your name and finally your responsibilities to your family who you left back home.

4. Proof Of Funds:
This is another important part of visa requirements if you must qualify for any visa approval. Providing sufficient funds availability for your trip is very vital as visa consular want you to demonstrate how capable you are to embark on this trip so as not to become a public nuisance in their country or be stranded in any way. This is very important to possess by way of (“ Bank Statements & Payslips from your Employer and any other fixed assets equity” )
5. Non Criminal Records.
This is another area that can’t be ignored. If you have committed any crime before and this has been entered into the system of these embassies , it’s a one of the reasons many are being denied visas. Most of the countries share database and transfer information of clients to one another to curtail the level of crime that is being committed by applicants. 8. Accommodation.
Accommodation is another important factor that contributes to the success of any visa application, you have to demonstrate to the visa Officer that you have a place to stay in their country during the whole duration of your visit. This is very important and can be demonstrated either by staying with a friend or family and providing a letter from them explaining their full responsibility for your stay while in the country Or by way of providing an “ An Hotel Reservation for the whole duration of your stay” )
9. Flight Reservation.
Flight Reservation is also very important for your travel plans . The Visa Office wants to know if you have a solid well planned travel itinerary explaining date for your departure and arrival into the country and also when you are to departure from the host county to your home country. This is very important for any one who would like to have a 90% chances of Visa Approval.
