Monday Motivation is back…
No better time to start than now, stop procrastinating and start now.
Here are five ways to get started…
#1. Start small: You don’t need to be big to start but you can start small and become big. Break big tasks into small chunks and pick the one you can start today.
#2. Make a plan: Put time or date on the key tasks on your list. This will help you know what and when to concentrate on a specific task.
#3. Finish things: Pick one thing and try to complete it. Don’t develop the habit of leaving job half done, enjoy the satisfaction of ticking a task off your list.
#4. Deal with distraction: List what’s distracting you during work, phone, tv, other people etc and find a way to limit interaction with them at include putting them away during work.
#5. Take it easy on yourself: You are not the first person, in fact only few people make it to the end of their to-do-list. Do your best and celebrate your success no matter how little.
