*MAYORESS OF IKOSI-ISHERI LCDA FELICITATES WITH RESIDENTS ON 2023 ÌṢẸ̀ṢE DAY*

_20th August, 2023_

I felicitate with our traditional rulers and adherents of traditional religion as they commemorate ÌṢẸ̀ṢE DAY today.

Yoruba is a tribe that is rich in culture. This day is set aside by traditionalist to specially celebrate these cultures, traditions, and rites.

As a Government, we value the culture, values and traditions of all residents of Ikosi-isheri LCDA. Our annual celebration of Ikosi-isheri-Magodo Cultural Carnival is one of our ways of enshrining these cultural values.

I rejoice with our royal fathers: HRM Oba Samuel Alamu Kehinde Onikosi (Arobadi I), HRM Oba Jamiu Lawal (Aileru 1), HRH Oba Babatunde Adelana Ogunjobi (Onimaidan of Maidan/Mile 12) and other traditional leaders, as they commemorate this day.

I urge all celebrants in our LCDA to be modest and peaceful, while remembering our dear country, Lagos State and Ikosi-isheri LCDA in their rites and prayers.

*MAYORESS OF IKOSI-ISHERI LCDA, PRINCESS ABOLANLE BADA, COMMISSIONS TVC COMMUNICATIONS' FREE COMMUNITY WATER*

_Wednesday 22nd March, 2023_

In commemoration of the World Water Day being celebrated today, the Mayoress of Ikosi-isheri LCDA, Princess Samiat Abolanle Bada, commissioned a free community water system constructed by TVC Communications, at Aladelola Street, Ikosi-ketu.

While commending the organization for the lofty initiative, the Mayoress describes water as humanity top priority. She thereafter called on the community members to make judicious use of the facility.

The Director, People, Culture, Experience & Operations of TVC Communications, Ms Kemi Shonubi, said in her remarks: "this is another of our corporate social responsibilities, geared at providing free and clean water to our neighboring community, and also, to mark this year's World Water Day".
