Managed 3 accounts as a social media manager and got paid less than $50 in 2022.

Now I work as a freelancer, attract clients online, and understand exactly why most social media managers stay underpaid.

Some days it feels like nothing is working.
You’re posting consistently,Sending pitches,Learning new skills,Trying to grow and just trying to survive.

And somehow it still feels like everyone else is moving faster than you.

But keep going.

A lot of people quit right before things start changing for them.

The truth is, being a social media manager isn’t just about having skills anymore.
You need positioning.
You need visibility.
You need content that makes the right clients trust you before they even speak to you.

The clients you want need to see:
• Your expertise
• Your results
• Your personality
• Your value

Keep pushing.
Keep showing up.
