TIP #1 - Make Time for Brainstorming
Allocate time for new ideas to emerge. For example, set aside time for brainstorming, hold regular group workshops and team's day out. These will help your staff or team be phycological ready on tasks ahead.

Recently at Audio Visual First, four staff entered in for our in-house 72hrs short film challenge, tasked to write, direct and produce; after which, their submission went through a private screening with set of external professional Producers, Directors, Cinematographers and Creative gurus to judge. And Bisola proved everyone to have clinched the star Prize!
