Planning an extended holiday in Australia?

Australia’s Visitor visa can allow eligible visitors to stay for up to 12 months, but the actual stay period is decided on a case-by-case basis.

In many cases, a shorter stay such as 3 months may be granted. The visa is for tourism, visiting family or friends, or other permitted visitor activities, not work.
