Job Description
The Business Development Manager role provides the bridge between management's vision for the company's vision and the sales target of the revenue generating units of the company. Successful candidate would be responsible for creatively stimulating the operational arm of the business through customer engagement via all channels of reach including email, phone calls, walk-ins, traditional and online marketing (including but not limited to all social media platforms). The role is also responsible for the conceptualization and design of digital media/materials that would aid such engagement.
Responsibilities
• Identify partnership opportunities
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
• Maintain existing business accounts
• Think critically when planning to assure project success
• Design and create digital media using appropriate tools (Corel Draw, Photoshop, etc) for engaging customers across social media platforms
• Effectively drive sales and growth from social media
• Create/develop content for company’s corporate and digital profiles.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2 - 3 years' prior industry related business development experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Design skills with proficiency in using any of the industry standard tools (eg, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, etc)
• Proven knowledge and ex*****on of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
